About Us

Anab Gurhan is the owner and the Program Manager for AG Blossom Support Services, a licensed 245D Waiver Service which is in the Twin Cities. Anab received her Liberal Arts Degree with Honor from Normandale Community College and went to Metropolitan State University in Minnesota for her Bachelor of Social Work. In addition, Anab has worked for many social agencies, providing Case Management, Designated Coordinator, and individualized care for people with different needs and abilities. Our staff team is reliable and honest, setting a friendly environment. AG Blossom delivers a person-centered plan that is unique to the individual’s needs and choices.

We value that a person should be given the opportunity to make choices and to be guided in the right direction so they are capable of not only meeting but succeeding in their goals and can live a fully prosperous healthy life.
